Huge life change

So i finally have decided to go all out and go Vegan. I was inspired by the documentary Forks over Knives. I really need to do something to improve my health and this is how i have chosen to tackle it. It will not be too difficult as i hardly eat meat products except dairy. That will be the biggest change and the hardest but i am looking forward to the challenge and will journal my journey through this here on my blog. I will be beginning properly next week.

I have my endoscopy on tuesday this week to try and find out what is causing my blood levels to be so low. I am also due to have a CT scan soon. It is a good time to begin this venture i believe.

I a
m working hard on art but not a lot to show as i have some for a challenge that is coming up. I have played digitally though and the results are below.

I still have not been around blogs but hopefully i can concentrate on that tomorrow. I hope everyone had a great weekend and will catch up soon.

  2. Congrats on getting vegan June! I am vegan since the beginning of this year after I was vegetarian for one year and never felt so good in my whole life yet !But ate too much fat at the beginning what was not good for me - I am now a high carb low fat vegan and that is so healthy for me.

  3. Congrats on going vegan, it is a huge life change, I know. I tried it myself, but found it so difficult to stay with...so have returned to my mainly vegetarian diet. Hopefully I'll get there one day.

  5. I'm a vegetarian, but find it hard to give up dairy, especially the cream for my coffee, which I drink 24/7. I have trouble giving up eggs, too. Susi is such an inspiration to me, and I hope I can at some point, switch over to vegan. Good luck in your quest. I'll be watching.
