Struggling with one of my physical demons at the moment. I need to plan and prioritize  my creative time to suit my new lifestyle due to things like painful tendonitis in my hands. If i keep doing what i am doing (working past the pain ) then i suffer and stop myself from enjoying creativity every day. So how do i do that ? I am going to have to work out what stays, what goes and learn to stop before the pain barrier instead of miles beyond it. 

As always i am ready to work at it and quite positive. I love challenges so here is to this next journey.
